Banks or payment providers, OTP or password extraction, police or government impersonation, fake emergencies, medical deception, threats, coercion, requests for money, targeting minors, repeated targeting, and real-person voice cloning.

Built-in controls

Ruse limits concurrent and hourly calls, permits at most three dialed calls to one target in a rolling 24-hour window, screens user text, uses short call caps, returns credits for eligible failed attempts, and checks the target opt-out list before dialing.
